Terms and Conditions

Any person/organization hiring Inflatable Products equipment are responsible/liable for any damage or injuries occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use of the equipment by anyone at the event.

These guidelines are for the safety of all persons using the equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to the terms and conditions.

By making a booking you agree to the following conditions:

 

Cancelation

 

1. Inflatable Products may cancel any booking at any time without prior notice. This would rarely happen

but in situations where circumstances were unforeseen we must reserve this right.

2. Inflatable Products reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time, in this circumstance a full refund will be given within 7 days after the date of the cancelation.

3. Where cancelations are made by hirer within 48 hours of the event taking place, 50% of full hire price will be required.

4. Where cancelations are made by hirer within 24 hours of the event taking place, full payment will be required.

5. Any cancelations made by hirer 48 hours before the event, no payment will be required, although any costs occurred due to the cancellation of the booking will be invoiced to the hirer.

6. If the event date is changed due to a weather (subject to the date being available) the deposit and/or final payment will transfer to the new date.

7. If the hirer decides on the day of the event that the equipment is not required for the full hire period,

no refund will be issued for the time the equipment has not been used.

8. The hirer may arrange a suitable alternative location, however this is at Inflatable Products discretion and further charges may apply.

9. If, on the day of the event, the equipment is used for longer than the period agreed before the event

date, there will be a charge of £50.00 per hour.

 

Payment

 

1. Prices are subject to change without notification.

2. Payment must be made either by cheque, cash or direct bank transfer.

3. A booking invoice will be sent out once booking is confirmed, deposit must be made within 7 days.

4. Any outstanding balance should be paid at least 14 days prior the venue date.

 

Equipment

 

1. Inflatable Products are only responsible for hiring out the equipment and materials available. Any additional equipment or materials required is the responsibility of the hirer.

2. The hirer is responsible for giving notice to or obtaining all necessary permits and performance licenses from any authorities who are or may be concerned and must make an application where required.

3. Any cost incurred arising from the absence of all such necessary permissions and permits shall be payable by the hirer and not Inflatable Products.

4. The Inflatable Products screen will not work in direct/strong sunlight or well-lit areas. The hirer is responsible for making sure there is adequate shade or darkness.

5. Inflatable Products must have access to a suitable power point at the booking venue, however a generator is available for an additional fee.

6. Dimensions of all Inflatable Products equipment will be supplied prior to event. The named person on the booking form is responsible for making sure that the equipment can be used in/at the venue and that there is adequate room for the equipment.

7. No smoking, fires or barbeques are to be used near the inflatable.

8. All of Inflatable Products equipment is not suitable to be used in heavy rain or strong wind. It is the hirer’s responsibility to check the weather forecast and provide a suitable alternative location if there is rain, snow or wind forecasted.

8. In the event of rain during the event, the equipment might be switched off for safety reasons.

Inflatable Products reserve the right to temporary postpone usage of the equipment while conditions improve or cancel the booking if there is a risk to staff or public safety.

10. The screen cannot be used when wind speeds exceed 15mph. If winds exceed 15mph then

11. Any Slideshows, Films, Movies, Music, Pictures or Advertisement to be used with any Inflatable Products equipment must be supplied by the hirer. Inflatable Products cannot take responsibility for supplying any of these, only the equipment stated in the price list.

12. In the unlikely event of a problem with the hired equipment during the hire period, the hirer MUST NOT attempt to fix the problem. The hirer should contact a member of Inflatable Products staff.

13. The equipment will not be available for use until all safety signs have been displayed and a risk assessment has taken place. Inflatable Products staff will carry out their own risk assessment, but it is strongly recommended that the hirer carries out their own risk assessment.

 

Other

 

1. Inflatable Products staff will arrive at least 1 hour before the equipment is required and will require a minimum of 1 hour to pack up all equipment. An arrival time will be confirmed prior to the booking taking place.

2. The hire period of the equipment is continual and not the total number of minutes the equipment is used.

3. The hirer must ensure that there is free and easy access to the event and a clean, level area to set up the equipment.

4. While every effort will be made by the company to carry out any order accepted, the full booking of it

is subject to variation or cancellation by the company consequent upon act of god, war, strikes, riots,

lock-outs or other labor disturbances, fire, flood, restrictions on the use of transport, fuel or power,

shortage of material or transport or labor or any other cause beyond the control of the company.
