Terms and Conditions of sale
All sales are subject to our terms and conditions and by placing an order with us it is deemed that the customer has read, understood and fully
agreed to all our terms and conditions of sale.
All units are made to order, a 100% payment is required at time of order.
Prices are subject to change without notification.
All payments to be made in GB Pounds Sterling.
For international buyers: all Federal, State, or Local taxes where applicable are not included in the price of our products, nor in the shipping or delivery price.
For international buyers: all Duties, Custom expenses and Fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Inflatable Products will not be liable for loss of use due to any delay in delivery through a Carrier or Shipping Company, or for whatever reason.
Inflatable Products will not be liable for any loss or damage once the goods have left our premises, through whatever means of delivery agreed upon.
Any claims as a result of loss or damage during delivery and after the goods have been loaded from our premises should be made
to the courier or transport firm involved.
Collection/delivery dates are given as a guidance only, but are not a guarantee.
Bookings should NOT be taken on the strength of Delivery/Collection dates given and Inflatable Products will not be held responsible for any
cancellations or missed bookings under any circumstances.
A 12 month RTB guarantee is given on all materials and workmanship.
All sizes quoted are approximate.
The Inflatable Products shall not be liable for any injuries or damages caused.
The Inflatable Products reserve the right to amend or alter any product specifications without prior notice.
All drawings and designs prepared by Inflatable Products remain our property and must not be reproduced without our written consent.
All new inflatables sold by Inflatable Products have a Limited Manufacturers Warranty, which is applicable against any defect in the workmanship of the inflatable and
against material defect for a period of one year from the shipping date.
All units should be inflated upon arrival and examined carefully.
Any damage incurred through mishandling of the Carrier or weather related damage, is not the liability of Inflatable Products, please report damage to your carrier.
Any defect found should be reported to Inflatable Products in writing within 14 days of the arrival date.
Failure of buyer to give written notice shall be deemed to be a waiver of a claim for defective products.
Inflatable Products has the right to inspect the unit and if the defect has occurred under the conditions listed in this Limited Warranty, we will determine whether
it is practical to repair or replace the damaged or defective parts at the designated location that we have authorized.
Our Warranty is not a guarantee that the product will not through use, handling and storage develop tears or punctures from time to time, the repair of which is the
responsibility of the buyer.
Improper maintenance or accidental, abusive or negligent treatment of the inflatable will invalidate the Warranty.
The cost of shipping the units to the location that Inflatable Products has designated (UK- normally back to base) for evaluation within the
warranty period, is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If the unit proves to be defective under the warranty terms, then the manufacturer will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product to the buyer.
Otherwise all shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
All goods returned for RTB guarantee work must be in clean, dry condition.
The company reserves the right to refuse any unit not in a suitable condition.
